We got confirmation that they can and will do the "shelf" in the shower. They are charging us $250 for this upgrade, which is both more and less than what others have been charged, but it's fine by me. To be honest, I would have paid a lot more just for this basic upgrade.
Now I just need to work on the rest of the requests that have been denied....

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your new shelf!!!! There is a Victoria Falls house in our cul-da-sac getting both stone and brick! I am in Maryland. The owner told me that she insisted on getting the combination and they had to get a permit to approve the request. I don't know if RH had to do it or the potential buyer. Not sure if you are past your deadline for change orders, if not, it's worth a try!
